Generate complete email campaigns with AI — from welcome sequences to product launches to nurture campaigns.

Starting a New Email Sequence

From the Home Screen

Type a description of the email sequence you want:

  • "Write a 5-email welcome sequence for new subscribers"
  • "Create a product launch email campaign for a digital course"
  • "Build a re-engagement sequence for inactive customers"

From the Sidebar

  1. Click Build in the sidebar
  2. Select Emails
  3. Start a new conversation and describe your email sequence

How It Works

  1. Describe your sequence — Tell the AI who it's for, what the goal is, and any specific details
  2. The AI generates each email — Subject lines, preview text, and full email body for each step
  3. Review step by step — Navigate between emails using the step list
  4. Edit as needed — Modify any email's content, subject line, or structure

Editing Your Emails

Each email can be edited using the workspace tools:

  • Edit Mode — Click on text to modify content directly
  • Code Editor — Edit the HTML/CSS of individual emails
  • Preview — See how emails will look on desktop and mobile

Linking to Funnels

If you've built a funnel in BarnumPT, you can link your email sequence to it. This helps maintain consistent messaging and branding across your funnel and email campaigns.

Managing Email Sequences

Access all your saved email sequences from the sidebar:

  1. Click Build > Emails
  2. Browse your email sequence list
  3. Search by name to find specific sequences
  4. Organize sequences into folders
  5. Duplicate or delete sequences as needed

Tips for Better Results

  • Mention the specific product or service the emails are about
  • Include the target audience and their pain points
  • Specify the tone (professional, casual, urgent, friendly)
  • Tell the AI the call-to-action for each email if you have specific goals
